Here at Fresh Light Photography, we truly believe that the portraits we create together will be the very pieces that will fill your homes and tell the story of your family for years to come. We want you to remember what it was like to become a family and have tangible memories to look back on.
Over the last 10 years, I have had the joy of watching couples become parents and families grow. I have documented children grow up right before my lens. It’s an honor and an obligation I feel to the families in Houston I get to serve.
Because of that, we want to approach every step with intention and with a heart to serve. That starts at the very beginning-the inquiry and booking process.
Step 1: Review our website and submit an inquiry via our contact form.
Step 2: I (Leigh!) will personally respond to your email within 48 hours. I’ll confirm availability and invite you to schedule a consultation call with me.
Step 3: We will chat on the phone about your goals, answer questions, and go over all the details. This is a required part of our client experience so we can begin cultivating a personal relationship with your family in order to serve you better.
3 reasons I talk to every client before you book your session
- You are literally trusting me with your baby, your family, or your memories at the very least. That is a really personal and big decision and you should feel confident that you vibe with the personality and style of the photographer you hire. It makes sense to me that you’d want to talk to someone before you hand them your baby.
- Conversation is much more efficient than a lot of back and forth emails can take days to get a response. I know your time is valuable and want to make the best use of it, so it is usually so much faster to find 10 minutes to hop on the phone and answer all of your questions at one time.
- Our client experience is unique and requires some special explanation. It’s so much easier to talk through everything and explain it one on one so you know if we are the right choice for you.
Step 4: Once we are both sure we are a great fit to work together, the official booking process begins. You will use our online client portal and the process only takes about 5 minutes! We know how busy you are in this season of life and want to make sure it’s efficient as possible while also giving and receiving the information we both need.
