What is included in our family photography session?
Your $350 session fee includes hair and makeup with Pink Palette Artists, the use of our studio wardrobe for the whole family, up to an hour of session time at one of our outdoor locations in Houston or in the studio, and a design and ordering appointment to see your images and work together to design the gallery wall or album you want to showcase your new family portraits.
The artwork and digital files you select are purchased separately, with most families spending $2000+.
When should we book our family session with you?
Fall is our most popular season for family portraits as the weather cools off slightly and your images can be included on your holiday cards. Spring is wonderful as the flowers start to bloom, and our mild Houston winters bring golden fields that look warm and glowy at sunset.
Regardless of what time of year you would like to have us photograph your family, we recommend reaching out 5-6 months in advance for fall dates and 3-4 months for the rest of the year.
We know finding clothes for a family photography session is stressful, so have an entire client wardrobe for you take advantage of! We carry women’s dresses XS-XXL, kids from newborn - size 10, and dads shirts from S-XXXL. With over 500 pieces in our collection, we can craft a styled look for your family in no time that will photograph beautifully and save your sanity!
